Apparently we like to move in January. Last January, we moved into our new house. This January, we moved into an office! With a growing staff team and growing responsibilities, we felt it was time to move our office out of our house. We found a small office in downtown Lafayette. When we learned that the man showing us the space is a Greek IV alum we knew we had found the right place! We share the space with Phil and Ross. We are excited to have a place for team meetings and our administrative work. Our hope is that having this space will help us with our work-life balance. This way we can be fully focused on work while working, and fully present with each other at home.
Of course we still plan to spend much of our time on campus meeting with students. The office will serve as a place to plan and strategize as a team so we can make the most of our time campus. And it’s a place to keep all of our wonderful InterVarsity Press books! The office also provides a unique partnership opportunity for us. We’ll have basic needs from staples, to paper towels, to coffee and coffee filters. If you’d love to help provide the supplies we’d love to send you a list of needs. We are excited to see how God will use this office to rejuvenate our work lives as well as our personal lives!
